- Jack at 18 months | Bunbury Southwest Family Photographer April 29, 2014
Well I cannot believe that it has been 14 months since I last saw Jack, his two older siblings and his Mum and Dad. This session was a special day, Jack had the studio all to himself!
Mum wanted to capture Jack at 18 months, as she had done with her first two children, and I had the privilege to meet them again.
As you can see from the comparison photo of Jack when I captured him that time ago, he is no longer a baby!
He loved having the stage to himself and we got some beautiful shots of him for his Mum and Dad to cherish forever … even stole my Hubby’s watermelon to add some colour and fun into the session.
- Chloe at 35 weeks Maternity Session | Bunbury Southwest Maternity Photographer April 21, 2014
Chloe was our lucky Luxury Maternity Session winner in 2013 and we organised to capture her when she reached her 35th week.
I am not sure whats in the water these days but all my pregnant, soon-to-be Mummas look amazing and Chloe was glowing. Not sure if this was the beautiful makeup by Lani, from Envy The Beauty Specialists who visited the studio and was the competition partner, or the baby making this happen. I say a healthy combination of both!
Chloe chose a combination of indoor and outdoor for her maternity session. So we captured her in the studio and then ventured outdoors for the final stage of her session. It was a breezy evening but the colours of Chloe’s dress and the location worked so well together, as you will see from the shots.
Good luck to Chloe and partner Craig on the pending birth of your first baby. Cannot wait to meet him or her very soon!
- Aria Lillian at 9 days | Bunbury Southwest Newborn Photographer April 17, 2014
Well I am sure that you will remember Michelle and Justin’s outdoor maternity shoot back in February. It was an amazing night and to remind you all, I have included an image from their session.
Then on 23rd March along came baby Aria Lillian weighing 8pounds 4ounces and arriving a little later than expected. She was fair and beautiful when capturing her at day 9 but she also had her serious side. Her first demand, I do not like the blanket poses!! Of course we compromised and moved on …. demand number 2, I shall go to the toilet where ever I like even if it is on my Daddy’s favourite Footy’s team jumper! Eeek, the only way to feel ok about this was that it was April Fool’s Day!
But other than these little hurdles she was amazing and gave us some beautiful images for Mum and Dad to hold forever.
Enjoy and congrats guys!
- Krystal at 26 weeks | Bunbury Southwest Maternity Photographer April 16, 2014
Krystal contacted me to capture her pregnancy sooner than most of my requests. What I could see Krystal was glowing and looked amazing at 26 weeks so I would love to see her at 36 weeks (I think she would still rock it).
We met at Binningup Beach (North of Bunbury), thinking it may be a little quieter to capture her at, but on this night (as you could understand from the pics) there was an audience because of the amazing cloud display we had just before sunset.
I arrived early and was so excited to see so had Krystal and her baby #1, Levi (2). We got straight to work as the clouds were amazing and we could not get enough. Krystal also had sent me some pics before hand so knew what style of images she loved. We had a great time and hubby Ash soon joined us from flying in from a rotation away and OFF NIGHT SHIFT!! What a MAN!!!
I hope you love the images as much as I do Ash and Krystal.
- Zander Zayne at 12 days | Bunbury Southwest Newborn Photographer April 1, 2014
What a little, cool dude Zander was for this session. Born at just 6 pounds 13 ounces he already sports a mowhawk and even has a hot older sister. I think Mum and Dad are going to get very busy with these two.
Zander was amazing on the blanket and transitioned from one pose to another easily.
Big Sister Amayah (22 months) joined us for the session also so we were able to capture her beautiful smile again, following Mum and Dad’s maternity session.
Congrats guys and enjoy.
